THE FUNCTION OF CORPORATE SECRETARY

The function of the Corporate Secretary is to assist the Board of Directors in improving and ensuring the implementation of GCG in accordance with the regulatory standards, the statutory regulations, and based on the best practice. The Corporate Secretary also acts as a liaison officer and runs various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. The Corporate Secretary Division is led by a Senior Vice President of Corporate Secretary.

THE DUTIES OF CORPORATE SECRETARY

  • Prepare, formulate, and determine the working plan and the budget related to the working program of the Corporate Secretary
  • Analyze and determine the implementation of promotional activities and publications to create, maintain, and improve the company’s image
  • Organize requests for funding and/or sponsorship from outside parties and proposing program plans
  • Manage investor relations activities
  • Manage the implementation of CSR program activities
  • Manage work activities/programs related to disseminating information to external and internal parties
  • Manage the implementation of secretariat work with domestic and foreign institutions
  • Coordinate and plan policies regarding the Code of Conduct of the company, Board Manual, and GCG
  • Organize Board of Directors meetings, Board of Directors coordination meetings with Commissioners, GMS, and prepare minutes of meetings, as well as the approval process
