This gratification management guideline is expected to strengthen the enforcement of corporate governance and be a reference for all individuals of PTP Multipurpose in responding to gratification when dealing with third-party companies. This guideline is one of a series of corporate governance enforcement documents and is in accordance with the Corporate Governance Guidelines, Code of Conduct, and the Performance Management of PTP Multipurpose Directors and Board of Commissioners.
