Committee

The Quality Control, GCG, and Risk Management Committee is formed to support the implementation of the supervisory function related to the adequacy of quality standards, GCG implementation, and the risk management in the company.

THE GUIDELINES FOR QUALITY CONTROL, GCG, AND RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The duties and responsibilities of the Quality Control, GCG, and Risk Management Committee as stated in the Guidelines for the Quality Control, GCG, and Risk Management Committee include as follows:

THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF QUALITY CONTROL, GCG, AND RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The duties and responsibilities of the Quality Control, GCG, and Risk Management Committee as stated in the Guidelines for the Quality Control, GCG, and Risk Management Committee include as follows:

  • The duties of the Risk Management field include:
    • Reviewing policies and the implementation of RKAP, RJPP, and/or business strategic policies;
    • Understanding company’s risk management which covers various risks faced by the company;
    • Monitoring the suitability of various policies and the implementation of risk management, including monitoring the implementation of the duties of the division which is responsible for the risk management and monitoring the implementation of the risk management;
    • Monitoring various potential risks faced by the company;
    • Evaluating various risk management policies at the request of the Board of Commissioners;
    • Monitoring and providing recommendations regarding sustainable education plans for personnel in the field of risk management;
    • Coordinating the implementation and the supervision of the existence and the level of effectiveness of each component of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in the company;
  • The duties of the Quality Control field include:
    • Understanding of the company’s quality management which includes various controls conducted by the company.
    • Monitoring the suitability of various policies and the implementation of quality management, including monitoring the implementation of the duties of the division which is responsible for the quality management and monitoring the implementation of the quality management.
    • Monitoring and providing recommendations regarding the changes in the company’s quality management policies.
  • The duties of the GCG Supervision include:
    • Understanding the implementation of GCG of the company which includes controls conducted by the company;
    • Monitoring the suitability of various policies and the implementation based on GCG provisions and the applicable regulations, including monitoring the implementation of the duties of the division which is responsible for the implementation of GCG supervision;
    • Monitoring and giving recommendation regarding the changes in the implementation of GCG of the company;
    • Carrying out special duties from the Board of Commissioners to conduct a review of a certain problem;
    • Making activities plan and committee budget to be submitted to Board of Commissioners;
