GCG IMPLEMENTATION GUIDELINES OF PTP MULTIPURPOSE

The guidelines of GCG are a guideline for all individuals of PTP Multipurpose in making decisions and taking actions by referring to high moral standards, legal compliance, and awareness of the corporate social responsibility for the stakeholders in a consistent manner.

CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ASSESSMENT

PTP Multipurpose periodically conducts an assessment of the implementation of Corporate Governance practices to measure the implementation of Corporate Governance practices and also to find the improvements needed in the implementation of Corporate Governance.

The assessment parameters refer to the Decree of the Secretary of the Ministry of SOE Number: SK-16/S.MBU/2012, June 6, 2012, regarding indicators/parameters for the assessment and evaluation of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in SOE (BUMN), which includes 6 key aspects of measurement, including Commitment to the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in a sustainable manner, Shareholders and General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Commissioners, Directors, Information Disclosure and Transparency, and other aspects.
