About Us

PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (PTP Multipurpose) is the first multipurpose terminal operator in Indonesia and experienced in handling multipurpose cargo, such as liquid bulk cargo, dry bulk cargo, general cargo, and others.

PTP Multipurpose has operated 10 branches in Indonesia which are located in strategic areas: Tanjung Priok, Banten, Cirebon, Panjang – Lampung, Bengkulu, Palembang, Jambi, Teluk Bayur – Padang, Tanjung Pandan and Pangkal Balam.

PTP Multipurpose was established based on Company Establishment Deed Number 27, July 10, 2013 which was made before Nur Muhammad Dipo Nusantara Pua Upa, SH, M.Kn., a notary in Jakarta, and has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on the Decree Number AHU.42024.AH.01.01.

On August 1, 2013, it is amended by the Deed of Amendment to Articles of Association of the Company Number 76, March 14, 2014, which was made before Nur Muhammad Dipo Nusantara Pua Upa, S.H., M.Kn., a notary in Jakarta, and was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia No. AHU-13799.AH.01.02. April 17, 2014. There had been several amendment and the latest was made by the Deed Number 5, January 15, 2020 which was made before Julia Fitri Yani S.H., a substitute notary of Nur Muhammad Dipo Nusantara Pua Upa, S.H., from M.Kn Notary in Jakarta.

PTP Multipurpose is a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) with 99% share ownership and 1% share ownership belongs to PT Pelabuhan Investama.
