PTP Nonpetikemas operates across 11 port branches strategically located throughout Indonesia, including DKI Jakarta (Tanjung Priok Port Branch), Banten (Banten Port Branch), West Java (Cirebon Branch), Lampung (Panjang Branch), Bengkulu (Bengkulu Branch), South Sumatra (Palembang Branch), Jambi (Jambi Branch), West Sumatra (Teluk Bayur Branch), Bangka Belitung Islands (Tanjung Pandan Branch and Pangkal Balam Branch), and West Kalimantan (Pontianak Branch).
PTP Nonpetikemas was established based on the Company Establishment Deed No. 27 dated July 10, 2013, drawn up before Notary Nur Muhammad Dipo Nusantara Pua Upa, S.H., M.Kn., in Jakarta, and officially approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree No. AHU.42024.AH.01.01 dated August 1, 2013. The company’s Articles of Association were later amended through Deed No. 76 dated March 14, 2014, executed before the same notary and approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights under Decree No. AHU-13799.AH.01.02 dated April 17, 2014.
On January 3, 2022, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia conducted an operational transfer (Operation & Maintenance) through share injection to the Subholding. As a result, PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok underwent a change in majority shareholding. The current shareholding structure of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok consists of 99% ownership by PT Pelindo Multi Terminal (as the Subholding) and 1% by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama.
