Dwi Rahmad Toto Sugiarto holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from STIEM Bongaya (2003). He completed his Master’s degree in Marketing Management at Hasanuddin University, Makassar (2012). Dwi Rahmad Toto Sugiarto has held various strategic positions, including Head of the Planning and Corporate Strategy Bureau at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) (2016–2017), Director of Marine Service SBU at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) (2016–2020), President Director of PT Nusantara Terminal Service (2018–2020), Corporate Secretary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) (2020–2021), Regional Head 4 at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) (2021–2022), and Director of Operations from June 2022 to February 2024. Dwi Rahmad Toto Sugiarto was appointed as Director of Commercial and Business Development of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok based on the Circular Resolution of the Shareholders outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Number: SK.03/29/2/4/PAPS/DIRU/PLMT-24 and SK.03/29/2/3/DIRU/DIRU/PII-24 dated February 29, 2024.
