Indra Hidayat Sani holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta (1996). He earned his Master of Science degree from the World Maritime University, Sweden, in 2002 and obtained his Doctorate in Executive MBA from Kühne Logistics University, Germany, in 2013. Indra Hidayat Sani has extensive experience in the Indonesian port industry. He previously served as Executive Staff to the President Director at Pelindo II (2012), General Manager at TPK Koja (2012–2013), Senior Planning Analyst for Kalibaru Project at PT Pelindo II (2013–2014), Director of Operations and Engineering at PT IPC TPK (2014–2015), Director of Operations at PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal (2015–2019), General Manager of Palembang Port at PT Pelindo II (2019–2020), Junior Chief Specialist at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (2020–2021), Senior Staff at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (2021–2022), and General Manager at TPK Koja from 2022 to February 2024. Indra Hidayat Sani was appointed as President Director of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok based on the Circular Resolution of the Shareholders outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Number: SK.03/29/2/4/PAPS/DIRU/PLMT-24 and SK.03/29/2/3/DIRU/DIRU/PII-24 dated February 29, 2024.
