Lukijanto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Science and Technology from Hasanuddin University, Makassar (1996). He earned his Master’s degree in Coastal Engineering and Geosciences from Christian Albrechts University of Kiel, Germany, in 2002 and obtained a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Maritime System Engineering from Kyushu University, Japan, in 2010. Lukijanto has extensive experience in various fields, including serving as Head of Integrated Maritime Logistics Development and Deputy for Infrastructure Coordination at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs (2015–2020), Head of Water Resources and Coastal Infrastructure at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment (2020), and Secretary to the Deputy for Infrastructure and Transportation at the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment from 2020 until now. Lukijanto was appointed as a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok based on the Circular Resolution of the Shareholders of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Number SK.03/26/4/1/PAPS/DIRU/PLMT-22 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dated April 26, 2022.
