Born on November 11, 1965, in Klaten. Appointed as President Commissioner based on the Resolution of the Shareholders of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Number: SK.03/1/4/2/PAPS/DIRU/PLMT-24 and SK.03/1/4/1/DIRU/DIRU/PII-24 dated April 1, 2024, regarding the Changes in the Composition of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok. Prakosa Hadi Takariyanto holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada. He earned a Master’s degree in Highway Systems and Transportation Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Master of Management degree from Binus University. He previously served as Director of Engineering at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) in 2018, Director of Engineering at Pelindo Multi Terminal in 2021, and President Commissioner of PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi from 2022 to 2024.
